The staff at Residence Odesskij Dvorik was incredible. When we checked in, we had to wait a bit, but they were so apologetic and even offered us tea on the terrace to make up for the wait. They even upgraded us to a superior room, which was a pleasant surprise. One morning, we couldn't make it to breakfast, but they prepared a delicious takeaway breakfast for us that lasted the entire day. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, right next to Shevchenko Park. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to guests' needs.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants. The area felt safe and bustling with energy. Plus, it was just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for sunny days.

The hotel's decoration was lovely and had a warm and cozy feel. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and handrails in the common areas, making it easy for me to get around.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children working there. It would have been nice to have someone available to help carry my luggage or offer assistance with any mobility challenges that may arise.

I chose this hotel for attending a brainstorming session and it provided ample space for the event. The conference center and meeting room measuring 753 square feet were perfect for our needs. The dry cleaning/laundry services, bar, and 24-hour business center were also convenient. the facilities were well-maintained and added value to our stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated co-working space.
